Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Integration Guide

Environment URL

Enter your Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Environment URL.

Option 1: From Dynamics 365 Sales Dashboard

  1. Sign in to Dynamics 365 Sales.
  2. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.

Example: If your browser shows:

https://acme.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=...

Enter: acme.crm.dynamics.com (do not include https:// or / after .com)

Option 2: From Power Platform Admin Center

  1. Sign in to the Power Platform Admin Center.

  2. In the navigation pane, select Manage.

  3. In the Manage pane, select Environments.

  4. On the Environments page, select an environment you want to connect.

  1. In Details, locate the URL field. Copy the URL shown there and enter it here.

Example org53945f84.crm8.dynamics.com

Note: You must have access to the Dynamics 365 environment you are connecting to. If you're unsure which environment to use, contact your Dynamics 365 administrator.
