Jobvite
Prerequisites
Before contacting Jobvite support, ensure you have the following ready:

List of required APIs
Identify the Jobvite APIs your integration needs.

A dedicated API user
Create or designate an email address to serve as the API user. This user will be used to identify updates made via the API (as opposed to a human user).- This email must be able to accept the Jobvite registration invitation.
- Assign the Administrator role to this user.
- Note: Jobvite must add this email address to their internal configuration before certain APIs become accessible.

Request API credentials
Submit a support ticket to Jobvite via their support portal.
Include the following information from the prerequisites:- The list of APIs you need access to.
- The API user email address (with Administrator role).

Receive API credentials
Jobvite will provide you with an API key and a secret key.
Store these securely – you will need to enter them in your integration configuration. -
Company ID (Optional)
Locate your Jobvite Company ID. If you do not have it, you will need to request it in your support ticket. This ID is required for certain operations, such as candidate updates. If you do not intend to perform these operations, you can ignore this.
Once you have the Admin User Email, API key, secret key, and company ID, you are ready to do the integration.
