Creating a New Service User in HiBob

1. Access System Settings
   1. In HiBob, navigate to System Settings.
2. Create a Service User
   1. Click on Integrations and then select Manage within the Service Users box.
   2. Choose Create Service User.
   3. Assign a name to the Service User and click Create.
   4. Once created, copy both the Service User ID and Token, you’ll need these details during integration with knit.
3. Configure Permissions
   1. Go to System Settings > Account > Permission Groups.
   2. Click Create New Permission Group and name it. In the Members section, select only the Service User you just created.
4. Set Up Access Permissions
   1. In the new Permission Group screen, go to People’s Data.
   2. Grant the relevant permissions.
   3. Click Save and Apply Changes.
