iCIMS Integration Guide

This guide will help you connect to an iCIMS account via Knit.

Authentication Methods

1. Basic Authentication

• Description: Use your iCIMS-provided username and password to authenticate.
• Steps:
  1. Request the iCIMS team to create your account.
  2. Obtain the following credentials:
     • Username
     • Password
  3. Contact iCIMS Technical Support to get your credentials.

2. Client Credentials-Based Authentication

• Description: Use a client ID and secret for authentication.
• Steps:
  1. Request the iCIMS team to create your account.
  2. Obtain the following credentials:
     • Client ID
     • Client Secret
  3. Contact iCIMS Technical Support to get your credentials.

Additional Required Information

• Customer ID: Contact iCIMS Technical Support to obtain your Customer ID.
• Region: Use the appropriate authorization server based on your region and the region of the resources you are accessing.
