Use this API to change how often Knit polls a connected app for data changes. You can choose from three preset frequency tiers or define a custom interval. The minimum allowed polling interval is 5 minutes.
You must provide either the
frequencyor therate+unitcombination.The allowed values for frequencies are:
standard→ every 24 hoursmedium→ every 12 hourshigh→ every 6 hoursTo set a custom frequency, use the
rate+unit. The smallest allowed interval is 5 minutes
