List Logs

Get the logs of your organization, newest first. The logs come from three sources: Knit API (calls made to Knit APIs), Webhook (events Knit sent to your webhook) and Native API (calls Knit made to the connected apps). Use the filters to find a failed call, then trace it with its executionId, integrationId or syncRunId.

All filters are optional and are combined.

Time range

  • start defaults to 2 days before now and end defaults to now, when not given. Send both start and end for predictable results.
  • The range between start and end can be at most 7 days, and start can be at most 30 days in the past.

Paging
Each call returns up to 1000 logs. If hasMoreRecords is true, call again with nextPageToken as pageToken, keeping the same start, end and filters.

Access and rate limit
Your organization needs an active subscription or trial, otherwise the API returns 401. By default, an organization can make 30 calls per 30 minutes to this API, and every page is a call. When the limit is reached the API returns 429 with a Retry-After header. For a higher limit, reach out to us at [email protected].
