Filters sync runs that were started after the specified datetime. The datetime must be provided in ISO 8601 UTC format (yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z').
startedAfter and startedBefore both should be given together.

Filters sync runs that were started before the specified datetime. The datetime must be provided in ISO 8601 UTC format (yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z').
if no range is given then the response defaults to past one month range from the date the API request is made.
